Skin Renewal

Chemical Peels

Personalised superficial peels designed to support clarity, tone and smoother-looking skin.

Consultation required

This treatment is currently available by consultation only. Treatment availability is confirmed after your consultation and final operational verification, and payment is not taken for treatment in advance.

About this treatment

Chemical peels use carefully selected exfoliating solutions to encourage surface renewal. At Eloria London, peels are personalised rather than sold as fixed brand packages: the formulation, strength and frequency are chosen after assessing your skin. A peel may help improve the appearance of congestion, uneven tone, pigmentation and dullness. Strength is built gradually and suitability is reassessed before every session.

Skin concerns this may suit

Potential benefits

  • May help improve the appearance of uneven tone
  • Designed to support a clearer, smoother-looking complexion
  • May help reduce the look of surface congestion over a course

How the treatment works

  • The skin is cleansed and prepared for the selected solution
  • A superficial peel solution is applied and carefully timed
  • The skin is monitored throughout and the solution removed or neutralised as required
  • Soothing products and broad-spectrum SPF are applied to finish

What to expect

  • Tingling, warmth or mild stinging during application
  • Possible flaking, tightness or dryness over the following days
  • A gradual build in strength across a course rather than one strong session

Preparing for your treatment

  • Follow any pre-treatment skincare advice given at consultation
  • Avoid waxing, sun exposure and strong actives beforehand
  • Attend your patch test appointment in advance
  • Tell us about any pigmentation history or recent treatments

Aftercare

  • Do not pick or peel flaking skin
  • Use gentle, fragrance-free products as advised
  • Apply broad-spectrum SPF daily and avoid direct sun

Contraindications and suitability

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Active skin infection, broken skin or an inflammatory flare in the treatment area
  • Recent use of certain prescribed skin medications
  • Known allergy to any product used during the treatment
  • Other factors identified during your consultation
  • Recent chemical or laser resurfacing in the same area
  • Certain pigmentation conditions identified at consultation
  • A history of post-inflammatory pigmentation, assessed individually

Treatment suitability, expected outcomes and recommended sessions vary between individuals. A consultation and, where relevant, a patch test are required before treatment.

Common questions

Why start with a consultation

Choosing a treatment from a list rarely produces the best outcome. A consultation makes sure that what you book is appropriate for your skin, that anything unsuitable is ruled out, and that your expectations match what a treatment can realistically support.

  1. Step 1

    Understanding your skin

Your concerns, history, current routine and goals are discussed before anything is assessed physically.

  2. Step 2

    Assessment and suitability

Your skin is assessed in person, and contraindications and any need for a patch test are identified.

  3. Step 3

    Your personalised plan

A plan is agreed in writing, which may include one treatment or a carefully selected combination.

  4. Step 4

    Preparation and aftercare

You receive written preparation and aftercare guidance so you know exactly what to expect.
