Treatment Terms
The terms that apply to consultations and treatments carried out at Eloria London.
This document is a working draft. It must be reviewed and approved by the clinic, and checked against UK GDPR and advertising requirements, before the site goes live.
Consultation and suitability
Every treatment begins with a consultation. Treatment will only proceed where it is considered suitable following assessment, and we may decline or postpone treatment where that is the safer course.
Consent
Informed consent is taken before treatment. You will be given the opportunity to ask questions and may withdraw consent at any point.
Results and expectations
Individual results vary and no outcome can be guaranteed. Treatments may help improve the appearance of a concern; they are not presented as a cure or a medical treatment.
A course of treatments and ongoing maintenance may be recommended to support results.
Aftercare
Treatment-specific aftercare guidance is provided in writing. Following it closely supports both your comfort and your result. Please contact the clinic if you have any concerns after treatment.
Photography
Photographs may be taken to record progress. Nothing is published or shared without your separate written consent, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Age requirements
Treatments are offered to adults only. Age requirements for specific treatments are confirmed at consultation.
